Ingredients
40g (1.5 oz) Fresh breadcrumbs
55g (2oz) grated Cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons Colman’s Bramley Apple Sauce
Salt and pepper
1 teaspoon fresh chopped sage
2 boneless chicken breasts
50ml (2fl oz) chicken stock

Instructions
- Mix together the breadcrumbs, cheese, apple sauce, seasoning and sage.
- Loosen the skin of the chicken and spoon the stuffing between the skin and the meat.
- Arrange the stuffed chicken in a shallow, close-fitting ovenproof dish. Brush with a little oil and pour stock around the chicken.
- Cook at 180ºC, Gas no. 4 for 40 minutes until the chicken in golden brown and cooked through.
