Serves 4

Ingredients
1kg potatoes, peeled
Half an onion, chopped
50g butter
100g grated mature cheddar cheese
Pinch of dry Colman’s English Mustard
1tbsp Colman’s Wholegrain Mustard
1 slice of gammon, chopped finely
1 tbsp clear honey
Instructions
- Heat oven to 180ºC (350ºF or Gas Mark 4)
- Peel potatoes and put in a pan of water, add chopped onion and cook for 20mins
- Drain, season with salt and pepper and add grated cheese, Colman’s English Mustard, butter and mash
- Place in an oven-proof dish
- Finely dice the gammon and toss in honey and wholegrain mustard and sprinkle on top of potato pie
- Top with a tablespoon of grated cheese and cook in the oven for 15mins
- Serve with seasonal salad or green beans.
