Henshelwood's were the official suppliers to the 2012 London Olympics. All of Henshelwood's mustards are made by hand on Scotland's Isle of Bute.
It is a creamy condiment, superb with salmon, mackerel, asparagus, mushrooms and chicken. Add to mayonaise to boost the taste of tinned tuna or salmon sanwiches.
