Ingredients
1 tablespoon Colman’s English Mustard
2 tablespoons oil
½ teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon dried mixed herbs
700g (1½ 1b) small whole potatoes
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together the mustard, oil, sugar and herbs. Add the potatoes and toss well until coated.Arrange the coated potatoes in a single layer in a roasting tin. Spoon any excess mustard mixture over the top.Cook at 190°C, 375°F, Gas No 5 for about 40 minutes, turning occasionally, until crisp, glazed and tender.
