Colman’s Mustard Shop & Museum are very excited to announce that we will be hosting a ‘Norwich Bake Off’ in conjunction with Caley’s Cocoa Café. Colman’s mustard is synonymous with a British classic: cheese scones. However, mustard can be utilised to enhance the flavour of many other ingredients, including but not limited to, chocolate and coffee. In this competition, we would like individuals to create a bake of their choice, incorporating Colman’s mustard. All entries (finished bakes) should be submitted to Caley’s Cocoa Café with a completed application form on Friday 25th of April by no later than 1pm, where the judging will commence! The winning baker will receive a hamper of Colman’s goodies, and the opportunity to have their recipe feature on Caley’s Cocoa Café menu.

It is free to participate, and all are welcome.
