Sirloin Steaks with Mustard and Tarragon

Ingredients

 


4 sirloin steaks, about 175g (6oz) each
3 tablespoons Colman’s English Mustard
1 teaspoon cornflour
3 tablespoons chopped fresh tarragon

 

Instructions

 

  • Place the steaks under a hot grill and cook for 2-7 minutes on one side, according to taste.
  • Turn the steaks over. Mix together the mustard, cornflour and tarragon  and spread over the uncooked side of each steak.
  • Continue grilling for 2-7 minutes, according to taste. Serve immediately.
