This Spiced Mustard, homemade by Jubberwacky in North Norfolk, uses toasted cumin, turmeric and cloves, combined with Nelson’s Revenge (brewed by Woodforde’s Ales). This combination gives the condiment with a wonderfully warming colour and taste. This mustard is perfect with robust red meats, hamburgers and steaks. It is an ideal accompaniment to a summer BBQ.
